Plant problem or general question?

  • What if I need to change my order? If you need to make a change to your order please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly but will do our best to address your request.

 

  • When will my local delivery take place? You can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days from the day you place your order. Keep in mind, we fulfill orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

 

  • Will my plants arrive safely? The utmost care is taken when we send your plant out to you. We have specially designed packaging to ensure that your plant arrives safely and intact during shipment. All of our local orders are delivered by hand by a member of The Plant Joint team. However, it’s important to remember your plant is a delicate living thing, at times soil can get slightly dislodged or one or two leaves may fall. Don’t worry, it will bounce right back after its journey to its new home.

 

  •  I've been eyeing a particular plant on instagram, but I don't see it available on your site. What are my options? Say no more. Shoot us the information and we'll take it from there. 

 

  • Do you have a shop we can visit? Right now we are completely online. We plan on having a physical shop in the near future.

 

  • Will you be getting new stock? We will be constantly updating our stock with new and interesting plants, old favorites and some rare gems. Be on the lookout for a range of pots and accessories.

 

  • I'm not happy with my order. Can you help? Customer satisfaction is our priority, we aim to give you nothing but the best quality plants! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch with us within 14 days and we will happily review your issue.

 

  • How do I use my gift card? Add items to your shopping bag as usual, when you proceed to the checkout - you’ll see an option to input a voucher number. Each voucher has a unique code written on it, this will be the number you can input right before checking out. Your Gift Card amount will be deducted automatically from your purchase.
