At this time, The Plant Joint does not accept returns, but we do guarantee healthy plants upon arrival. If they are significantly damaged or die within 14 days of arrival, no problem! We will replace it for free.
If you believe your plant arrived damaged or unhealthy and your purchase was made less than 14 days ago, please have your order number and photos of the plant ready. Send all info via email to email@example.com so we can get started on the exchange process as soon as possible. (Note: This often is within reason, and excludes plants that have been submitted to strenuous conditions such as repotting within the 14 days, lack of watering, placed in direct sunlight when it would not have been, or clear neglect.)
